By accessing uberita.com or placing an order through our online ordering system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Orders

Uberita products are handcrafted fresh in limited quantities and sold for pickup at Quickly Benicia in Benicia, CA. All orders are placed through Clover's online ordering platform. We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse service at our discretion.

Product availability is subject to change. We make no guarantees that any specific product will be available at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

3. Pickup and Fulfillment

All Uberita orders are for in-store pickup at Quickly Benicia only. We do not currently offer delivery or shipping. Orders not picked up within the designated window may be subject to cancellation without refund.

4. Food Allergens

Uberita products contain wheat, dairy, and eggs. They are produced in a facility that also handles nuts and other allergens. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact us before ordering at quickly.benicia@gmail.com.

5. Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable, handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a product that is incorrect or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup at quickly.benicia@gmail.com. We will work to resolve any issues on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on uberita.com, including text, images, branding, and design, is the property of Uberita / Quickly Benicia. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uberita / Quickly Benicia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
